Salamar has the best alliances in construction for EPC projects, EPC+F, F, or any combination of them. Looking for being the best in this area, Salamar has no limits for giving solutions to any type of projects.

We have worked in many types of projects like: Housing, Hospitals, Malls and Buildings, DAMs, Photovoltaic, Metro Train, Bridges, Mining, Oil Platforms, wind energy, among others.

The company is constituted by a General Directorate in Dubai and delegations in the USA, Cairo, Madrid, Hong Kong, Singapore and London.
All Delegations are divided into 5 Departments:

1.- COMMERCIAL.

In it reside the areas of Market Studies, Advertising, Sales Management (Own Offices, collaborating agents and Franchisees) and contracting Public works and contracting Private works.

2.- ADMINISTRATIVE AND ECONOMIC - FINANCIAL.

It is divided into the areas of Accounting and Administrative Management and Financial Management. Within this, the search and administration of capital, management and granting of mortgage loans, Real Estate Leasing and Project-finance.

3.- PRODUCTION.

This department is made up of the Analysis, Project Management and Construction areas. And within this:contracting, execution and management of work (Public work, Private Work, subcontracting, Large Works section and Construction of villages and Ranches), Control and After-sales Service.

4.- DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES.

The construction companies are trained to properly manage the personnel and contracting outsourcing is given. In addition, they are given training in industrial safety and occupational health standards.

5.- DEPARTMENT OF RESEARCH AND INNOVATION.

This Department is dedicated, in collaboration with the best Universities in the world, to research for the use of new materials and the implementation of more efficient construction methodologies.
